Technical Assistance

We provide tailored technical assistance to help organizations build capacity, stay compliant, and operate efficiently. This may include support with program design, data collection and reporting, outreach planning, or aligning policies and procedures with funding requirements.

Our approach is collaborative and practical—we focus on simplifying complex systems and helping staff feel confident in their roles. Whether you need short-term guidance or long-term partnership, we’re here to help you strengthen your foundation and achieve your goals.

Rates are determined through an equity-based sliding scale to ensure that both established organizations and emerging harm reduction or mutual aid groups can access support.

Evidence-informed training for healthcare providers, public health agencies, and academic programs.

Designed for medical schools, nursing programs, public health departments, treatment centers, and healthcare systems seeking to strengthen compassion, communication, and equitable care.

Stigma Reduction Training

Our stigma reduction training helps healthcare providers, public health agencies, and universities create more compassionate, respectful, and inclusive environments for the people they serve.

Through evidence-informed discussions, real-world examples, and interactive learning, participants gain a deeper understanding of how language, policy, and practice can unintentionally reinforce stigma—and what steps can be taken to change that. We focus on practical strategies for improving communication, strengthening provider-patient relationships, and promoting dignity in care across all levels of service.
